This rhythmic and vinyasa style yoga class is designed to awaken your body and elevate your spirit. Every class is led by certified Yoga instructor, Amanda Swanson, and is beginner friendly with a focus on building strength, stability, and body awareness. Each month features a live local musician who will weave soulful tunes throughout the flow, creating an immersive soundscape that syncs breath, movement, and music. What to Bring • Yoga mat (a few props and blocks will be available, but bring your own if you have them) • Water bottle • Comfortable clothing • Your good vibes Stick Around After Class Connect, relax, and enjoy a complimentary kombucha from the Nordic bar. ** Inclement Weather: Class will be held if weather is chilly, but if it is storming, we will reschedule. Musicians are people too! they can get sick and life sure does happen sometimes. If a musician is unable to make their time slot, I will do my best to fill it. If no fill is available, recorded music will be offered**
