In this bright and early, 45-minute class, we enjoy vinyasa style flows with some hatha holds. This class is designed to get you up, get you moving, and encourage a centered mind & heart throughout the day.

Core Centered Yoga
This 60-minute class is focused on bringing awareness to our abdominals, obliques, back, hips, glutes, thighs, and shoulders. With a hint of corrective exercise blended together into a centering yoga practice. We will build strength and encourage mobility.
Restorative & Yin Yoga and Tibetan Singing Bowls & Bells

Restorative & Yin Yoga and Tibetan Singing Bowls & Bells
This class is 75-minutes and a beautiful blend of restorative and yin yoga and sound healing, co-taught with Falina Stammer of Balanced Elements. Poses are held for a set time, to create space for deep relaxation and to prepare for meditation. Elements of Reiki, Blessings, Aromatherapy, Astrology and Numerology are added, along with wisdom and reflection.
