1.Start with a Phone Consultation

We will get to know each other, clarify your goals, and make sure working together is a good fit.

2. Create a Customized Plan

Together, we outline the path to your goals, blending fitness, mindfulness, corrective exercise, and/or nutrition based on your needs.

3. Weekly Coaching & Ongoing Support

We meet weekly or bi-weekly and stay in touch throughout via email and text. You’ll have a structured practice plan and the support you need to stay consistent and accountable.​
