Coaching sessions are $100 each. For the best results, I recommend committing to a 10-session package — it’s a powerful way to stay accountable and build momentum.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with similar people to navigate these challenges and find strength, balance, and clarity in their bodies and lives. As a nationally accredited fitness and nutrition coach — with specializations in pre and postnatal corrective exercise and yoga — I take a personalized, whole-person approach to wellness.
Your body, lifestyle, history, and goals are completely your own. That’s why I design coaching that’s responsive to who you are — not based on trends or generic plans. Your coaching experience will be fully tailored to you — your strengths, your challenges, and the life you're actually living.
1. Start with a Phone Consultation
We get to know each other, clarify your goals, and make sure it’s a good fit.
2. Create a Customized Plan
Together, we outline the path to your goals, blending fitness, mindfulness, corrective exercise, and/or nutrition based on your needs.
3. Weekly Coaching & Ongoing Support
We meet weekly and stay in touch throughout the week via email. You’ll have a structured practice plan and the support you need to stay consistent and accountable.
Some clients track physical progress — like measurements or athletic performance. Others focus on behavior change, symptom management, or nutrition habits. We track what makes sense for your goals, using tools like documents, reflection, communication, and mindful awareness. Yes, behaviors are trackable — and change is possible.
It’s normal to face ups and downs. When consistency is a challenge, we pause, assess, and build from your strengths — not your setbacks. Growth happens when we focus on your wins and stay curious about what’s next.
