This unique yoga class blends Restorative and Yin Yoga with live classical music. Serene music aids in the deeply relaxing environment to help foster a sense of peace, rest, and introspection. Classes are held at the beautiful yoga studio at RiverWell Movement in Monticello, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants. Designed to be accessible for everyone—from beginners to experienced practitioners, each class offers options and modifications to meet individual needs and abilities. All yoga props are provided, allowing you to simply arrive, move, and enjoy the practice. All props provided, space is limited.
