Compassion Yoga + Donation Based Yoga

Service Description

This yoga class is a free offering (all donations go directly to my three nieces who lost their dad, my little brother, to suicide in 2023. In this class, we will connect with suffering and move to a place of compassion. There is meditation, breath work, stretching, and yoga movements. All (or most) props are provided (you are welcome to bring an item of comfort, if you would like). I will talk and share about difficult topics, such as addiction, mental health, death, suicide, living and surviving. All are welcome to join, support, and share. You are not alone. There is living after loss.
