Package Prices

We begin with a phone consultation, which is always free. This helps me to understand your life, personality, and symptoms. It is also an opportunity for us to find if we are going to be a good fit for coaching. 

Personal Training

  • $80 per session - (paid in full or half accepted)

  • Long term packages (10 sessions) - 60- minute session designed to support sustainable behavior change and lasting results

  • Initial structural analysis and goal setting - assessing movement patterns and areas of restriction

  • Personalized corrective exercise program - tailored to your individual body and patterns, designed to help you heal, improve mobility and increase strength

  • Personalized fitness program - based upon your goals, preferences, and needs

  • One - on - one weekly coaching - workouts tailored to client-centered goals

  • Regular check-ins and email support - ongoing communication to maintain motivation, focus, and problem-solving between sessions

  • ​Virtual option available - though in-person sessions are recommended

 Nutrition Coaching

  • $80 per session - (paid in full or half accepted)

  • Long term packages (10 sessions) - 60- minute sessions designed to support sustainable behavior change and lasting results

  • Initial goal setting session - based upon proven behavior change techniques to create clear, achievable nutrition and lifestyle goals

  • Personalized nutrition outline -  tailored to your individual goals, preferences, and needs

  • One - on - one weekly progressive coaching - ongoing guidance and accountability to help you make consistent progress

  • ​Regular check-ins and email support - ongoing communication to maintain motivation, focus, and problem-solving between sessions

  • ​Virtual option available - though in-person sessions are recommended

Hybrid Coaching
(Combined Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching)

  • $100 per session - (paid in full or half accepted)

  • Long term packages (10 sessions) - 60- minute sessions designed to support sustainable behavior change and lasting results

  • Initial structural analysis and goal setting - assessing movement patterns and areas of restriction & goal setting bases upon behavior change techniques

  • Personalized corrective exercise, fitness, AND nutrition outlines - tailored to your individual body patterns, preferences, needs, and goals

  • One - on - one weekly coaching -fitness and nutrition focused behavior change based upon client centered goals

  • Regular check-in and email support - ongoing communication to maintain motivation, focus, and problem-solving between sessions

  • Virtual option available - though in-person sessions are recommended

Pre & Post Natal Coaching

  • $85 per session - (paid in full or half accepted)

  • 6-weekly sessions - a shorter program designed to focus on specific strength building and corrective work, with the option to progress to personal training if desired. Sessions are 60- minutes

  • Initial structural analysis - assessing movement patterns and areas of restriction

  • Personalized corrective exercise program - tailored to your individual body and patterns, to promote healing, improve mobility and increase strength

  • One - on - one weekly coaching - workouts designed around client-centered goals and guided by assessment findings

  • Regular check-in and email support - ongoing communication to maintain motivation, focus, and problem-solving between sessions

  • In-person only - virtual coaching is not available for pre and postnatal coaching, as detailed in-person observation is essential for safety and precision
